RWD SR20DET - What would you do with it?

Postby knate » Thu Jan 28, 2010 1:08 pm

I have a SR20DET (S15 close enough to 240rwkw) and was in the process of looking for an S14 shell for it. But a reasonable quality shell is proving quite difficult to source.

My question for you guys is: With a budget of 2-3k what other car would be good with this. I have all of the parts to install it.. im just trying to think of something else that could be fun, and not that common?

Ideally i would like to have this as a road legal car, and build time isn't a factor... budget is really the only constraint.

Im not really looking at drifting it, im thinking more grip driving with the possibility of looking towards targa in a few years down the track (or road :))

Datsun ute you know the old 1200 shape one like RIPs built for a drag machine.
They are a dime a dozen & you can pick them up off any street corner .... yeah right!

Would make a fricken cool toy though ..... hmmm maybe for my next project ........
